35 days left but who's counting?

As you've probably noticed, the blog posts are becoming few and far between due to this girl's crazy hectic to-do list. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's a mile long. There are more things to do than there are days left to accomplish them, so I've made some rules to help me get through this last month without losing my sanity.

1) Stay calm. Like in any emergency, you need to keep your cool and have a rational mind set. Without rational thoughts, ugly and embarrassing decisions are made.

2) If you're going to call 1 vendor, try calling 4 more while you're at it. The key to multi-tasking is to have your calendar with you at all times for quick appointment making and availability checks. Keeping phone numbers for everyone in one place is helpful as well.

3) 15 minutes IS enough time for something. I used to think there just wasn't enough time in the day, but I'm realizing now that phone calls can be squeezed between your 11 o'clock meeting and lunch time, and a trip to the mall to grab a few needed items doesn't have to take a whole afternoon. Also, since when do all meals need to be eaten while sitting? No time for that luxury; the term "meals on wheels" suddenly sounds like the latest fashion trend.

In the end, all signs are pointing to something fabulous. I'm keeping my eye on the prize and I can't wait to see all of my most favorite people in one beautiful place.
